As this year’s National Day of Thanksgiving falls on the same weekend as Mother’s Day, Riverlands Christian Church Penrith will be holding a special service to honour mothers and female teachers and caregivers of children with disabilities
The special service will be held at Riverlands Christian Church Penrith on Sunday 11th May from 9.30am to 10.45am, and will be followed by a morning tea for all guests.
Local resident, Karla Tremethick, will also be sharing on the morning about the principles she has learnt while raising her son, Samuel, who was born with severe cerebral palsy 12 years ago.
All mothers, female teachers and caregivers of children with special needs are welcome to attend, and can RSVP with Lyn Roggeveen at RCC Penrith on 4722 6422.
